DONOVAN, MSGR. WILLIAM, H'77 on July 2. Msgr. Donovan received his Honorary Degree from the University of Scranton in May of 1977 and was the first diocesan priest to be so honored. The Pontifical Mass will be celebrated on July 6 at St. Peter's Cathedral at 10:00 a.m. Arrangments are by the H. Merritt Hughes Funeral Home, Wilkes Barre.
